“Jasmine has been a godsend and I don't know where I would be without her.”
She has helped me navigate so many different parts of my life that I wouldn't have explored on my own. I feel like growing into the woman I was always meant to be, honestly. I react differently to things, I feel more at peace and in control of my life. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is accepting those for who they are, and that has been life changing for me.”

“Jasmine understands me and I feel comfortable with her.”
She pushes me enough for me to talk about the more uncomfortable, difficult experiences in my life so that I can heal and be a stronger and more confident woman. I would recommend Jasmine because she is professional and knowledgeable.

“Jasmine is very supportive and relatable. I feel so lucky that she was my first therapist. She is definitely a great counselor for me!”
Jasmine has made a change in my life for the better. I didn’t know the things that were capable of making me happy and she helped me see those things, and she’s helped me become consistent. Overall, Jasmine raised the quality of my life.
Happy Clients
“She knows me so well that she has taught me things about myself I have never noticed or realized before.”
Jasmine is very skilled and knowledgeable and she is also very personable and flexible. I have been better about catching when I am beating up on or criticizing myself. I have done it my whole life, believing I deserve it. Now I notice when I am thinking these negative thoughts more often and I can stop those thoughts. I also engage in breathing exercises when I feel anxiety, stress or a sense of being overwhelmed. Those are two very important areas that needed to be changed for my own wellbeing.

FAQ's
How Is Online Therapy for Trauma Different From In-Person Therapy?
Online therapy offers the same depth, safety, and attunement as in-person sessions with added flexibility and accessibility. You can show up from your own space, without the stress of commuting or masking.Â
For trauma work, this can be especially supportive as you get to control your environment, and we can gently regulate together using somatic tools, breathwork, and pacing that honors your nervous system. Whether you arrive braced or exhausted, you’ll be met with care, not performance.
I’ve never talked to anyone. I’m used to handling things on my own. Aren’t people who go to therapy weak?
Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out. Everyone needs support now and then. In our work together, I’ll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.
How Do I Know Which Service Is Right for Me?
If you’re navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, role fatigue, or relational patterns that feel stuck, trauma-informed therapy may be the right fit. We’ll explore your symptoms, goals, and emotional bandwidth together.Â
To get started, request a complimentary consultation using this link. Bee-You Counseling is a space to ask questions, feel into the fit, and decide what support feels aligned. Bee You is for healing. Bee-Coming is for transformation. We’ll help you choose which path is right for you in this season.
How much does therapy cost?
While maintaining a high quality of care, we work to keep our costs on par with area averages. With all services our rates are on par with area averages per the Fair Health Consumer Medical Lookup Guide.Â
- 60-minute individual counseling session: $150
- 45-minute individual counseling session: $120
- 30-minute individual counseling session: $90
We accept in-network insurance plans with AETNA, Oscar, Cigna, Oxford, Care First Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. However, coverage may vary based on individual plans, so I encourage you to verify your specific benefits directly with your insurance provider before beginning counseling services.
For individuals without insurance coverage or those seeking self-pay options, I offer competitive rates. Payment can be made using all major credit cards, ensuring flexibility in accessing counseling services.
Insurance rates may vary based on preset agreements and negotiations with specific insurance companies. It’s recommended to verify coverage directly with the counselor’s office to determine insurance-based rates.
Do You Offer One-Time Sessions or Packages?
I offer ongoing therapy sessions designed for depth and continuity. Trauma work takes time, trust, and regulation. While I don’t offer one-time sessions, we’ll co-create a pace and rhythm that honors your capacity—whether weekly, biweekly, or something in between. This is not a rush to recover. It’s a return to regulation.
Do you only work with women?
Nope! I work with both men and women, in addition to couples and families.Â
What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?
A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. Furthermore, counseling is completely confidential. You won’t have to worry about others “knowing my business.”
Why shouldn’t I just take medication?
Medication can be effective but it alone cannot solve all issues. Sometimes medication is needed in conjunction with counseling. Our work together is designed to explore and unpack the problems you are experiencing and expand on your strengths that can help you accomplish your personal goals.
How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?
Because each person has different challenges and goals for counseling. With Bee You Counseling and Wellness, LLC, I will tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs.
